-Hurt/comfort, fluff, angst, tragedy and horror, especially in the form of romance, but also in the forms of friendship and family.
-Complex characters, especially when the writer provides introspection into their thoughts, actions and emotions.
-Imagery over an excessive amount of dialogue.
-Relationships building slowly so I can watch the process of characters falling in love.

Supernatural
Meg Masters, Charlie Bradbury, Jessica Moore, Lisa Braeden, Jimmy Novak
I love how sassy, snarky, badass but also overprotective Meg is. Of course I would love some back story on her, such as how she became a demon and her perspective of hell, and maybe even her past relationship with Lucifer. Or maybe you'd like to take her in a different direction and have her team up with the Winchesters and Castiel and fight demons, angels and monsters alike.
Charlie is just so much fun and I would like her to be kept that way, what I mean by this is that she is one of the few characters that I would want fluff and a happy ending for. Give me back story; working a case with the Winchesters and/or bunking with them; or just give me Charlie working a case on her own, falling in love with a girl along the way and finding out things about herself she never knew.
With Jessica I would love to read the Stanford days with her and Sam, I just really want to get to know her a little bit better. I would also love some back story on her, of how she met Sam or even earlier than that. Another thing I would absolutely love is for her to get to know Dean a little bit better. Maybe she doesn't burn on the ceiling and goes on the road with Sam and Dean or drags them into a domestic life.
I really loved Lisa with Dean, and because of this I would love to read about their night together when they first met. What drew Lisa to Dean and vice versa, and what ultimately convinces Lisa into letting Dean into her life again, as well as Ben's? If you'd rather not focus on Lisa with Dean, any back story with Lisa is fine, and I would like to know how she's getting along with Dean now out of her life.
Jimmy is an intriguing character and I would love to get into his head-space, even if just for a little while. Being Castiel's vessel makes him interesting but also doesn't give him much room to live and thrive on his own, which is a shame. I would love to know Jimmy's thoughts when Castiel has taken hold of him, or maybe Castiel decides to let him take control again every once in a while.
Longmire
Vic Moretti, Walt Longmire, Branch Connally, Cady Longmire
Vic is hands down my favorite character in the show, she is just so sassy at times and yet a complete badass. She is responsible, determined, a fighter but she is also so loving and I love all these things about her. I adore the feelings she has for Walt and if you want to go there then please do. I would also love to see her interact more with Branch and Cady. Because I love her so much, just her in a fic or back-story will do fine.
Walt is such a complicated character but he's a good man, tries to be a good father towards his daughter and even towards Branch and Ferg, and has a clear idea of what's right and what's wrong, and these are qualities about him that intrigue me. Back story with his wife and/or with Cady growing up, working a case with Vic and/or Branch, or simply hanging out with Henry or by himself... anything will be worth reading.
While not too keen on Branch during Season 1, I grew to love him and want more of him in Season 2 and Season 3 so far. I'd like to see him bond with Walt and/or Vic unexpectedly or, amazingly, of his own volition. I'd love to read more of his relationship with Cady. If you'd rather do back story then feel free because we really don't know much about the guy.
Cady has grown on me too as each season goes by, and naturally I would love some back story on her. I love her relationship with Branch if you'd like to write her perspective on that, and I'd love her perspective as a lawyer an/or a caretaker for her father. Cady is a really great character who deserves a lot of happiness and also deserves someone to take care of her for once.
The Borgias
Lucrezia Borgia, Giulia Farnese, Vannozza Borgia
Anything at all having to do with Lucrezia will make me happy, whether it's back story, her bonding with Cesare or a reflection on all that she's been through and how far she's come. I really love Lucrezia and Cesare, being the whole incest thing, so if you want to go there then please do. If you don't, then that's also fine.
Giulia and Vannozza are two incredibly lovely ladies who I would love to see more of together or even just separate. I would love their perspectives on Rodrigo or Lucrezia and I am perfectly fine with incest by the way. I would also love to see more of them working/scheming together, with or without Lucrezia.
Orphan Black
Helena, Siobhan Sadler, Art Bell
I would love to see Helena bond with Sarah and/or Kira more, or even, strangely, any of the other clones, or I would just love to read anything in her perspective. She is such a creepy yet intriguing character and I want her to find some happiness.
I really love Maria Doyle Kennedy and all the characters she has played throughout recent years, so I would love to learn more about Mrs. S, whether it's back story or just her perspective on things including, or not, Sarah and Felix and the clones. You could also have her spend some time with Alison and/or Cosima.
When talking about Art what I really want is to read about his days working with Beth. We never got to meet Beth and only got to know a little bit about her through Art. If you'd rather not write about Beth that's fine, you can focus on back story or have him bond with Sarah or anything else.
Penny Dreadful
Ethan Chandler, Vanessa Ives, Sir Malcolm Murray
I love complicated though relatable characters and Ethan is definitely one of my favorites in that category. I really want some back story on him but I also really want him to learn from Vanessa and Malcolm and find himself drawn deeper and deeper into this world Vanessa's dragged him into.
Vanessa is such an interesting character so anything you write about her I will love. Eva Green just really brings her to life. Have her bond with Ethan or check out a vampire lair with Ethan and/or Malcolm. Just a character study in general would be awesome.
I've been dying for a character like Sir Malcolm for a while now and Timothy Dalton is the perfect person to play him. I would love some back story on him and his daughter Mina, I would love to learn how he met Vanessa and I would love for him to connect to Ethan in some way.
The Hobbit
Tauriel, Galadriel
I really like Tauriel and I definitely want more in her perspective. Evangeline Lily just really brings her to life and she has really made me become intrigued with the elves in Tolkien's world again. Give me some back story on her growing up in and becoming a warrior of Mirkwood, or just give me deleted scenes from the film.
I've always been really fascinated with Galadriel and I am so happy that they brought her back in The Hobbit. As always I would love back story on her, since so much is not known and so much could be speculated on. Or just give me her view on various people or things... write anything really.
