Thank you so much for signing up for this exchange in order to celebrate the beauty, intelligence and overall awesomeness of women in various forms of media. I'll say right now that I'm really not picky, so you don't have to stress and instead you can have fun writing!
Likes:
-Hurt/comfort, fluff, angst, tragedy and horror, especially in the form of romance, but also in the forms of friendship and family.
-Complex characters, especially when the writer provides introspection into their thoughts, actions and emotions.
-Imagery over an excessive amount of dialogue.
-Relationships building slowly so I can watch the process of characters falling in love.
-Characters growing emotionally.
-AU’s, All!human, reverse!verse, dark fics, domestic/curtain fics, future fics, diversions from canon, sticking to canon.
-Roadtrips
Things I'm perfectly fine with:
-Incest, Underage, Dub-con, Mpreg
-Excessive Angst, Gratuitous amounts of Violence, Character Deaths
-Little plot
Dislikes:
-An excessive amount of porn or porn without plot.
-Abusive or non-con relationships, this includes humiliation, degradation, manipulation and bullying.
-All-dialogue or heavy dialogue.
-Cheating, character bashing, crack!fics, humor, genderbending, sci-fi, historical or high school/college AUs.

Unfortunately, I don't really ship any of these women together. However, if you have a pairing then by all means write it, because I'm always looking for new ships.
For now I'll just say Cordelia/Harmony, Lilah/Gwen, Faith/Fred and Gwen/Faith. If you'd like to crossover Buffy then that's great too, you could do Fred/Willow, Fred/Tara, Illyria/Willow, or whatever you like.
If you want to go the Het route, my favorites are: Fred/Wesley, Illyria/Wesley, Lilah/Wesley, Lilah/Lindsey, Cordelia/Angel, Cordelia/Spike, Fred/Spike, Illyria/Spike and Faith/Angel. Gen also works great.

The Vampire Diaries
Caroline Forbes, Elena Gilbert, Rebekah Mikaelson, Rose
I would prefer Gen or Het for these ladies, but if you'd like to pair them together that's fine too.
If you'd like to write Het, I like Caroline/Klaus, Caroline/Tyler, Caroline/Elijah, Elena/Damon, Elena/Elijah, Elena/Alaric, Rebekah/Elijah, Rebekah/Stefan, Rebekah/Damon and Rose/Damon.

Johanna Mason, Katniss Everdeen
I definitely ship Johanna/Katniss, so definitely write those two if you ship them too.
As far as Het goes, I like: Johanna/Finnick, Johanna/Gale, Johanna/Peeta, Katniss/Peeta, Katniss/Gale and Katniss/Finnick. I love these two characters so much that Gen would be awesome too.
